CleanCH — European Client Delivery
EU client deployment shipped as DarDev CTO — international delivery outside Tunisia.
Problem
DarDev needed to prove client delivery capability beyond the Tunisia home market — with the same platform discipline as internal products.
Constraints
- European client requirements and data expectations
- Small engineering team — no separate client silo
- Shared DarDev Workspace identity and ops standards
My role
As CTO at DarDev, I set technical delivery standards, architecture oversight, and engineering coordination for the CleanCH engagement.
Outcome
- Shipped client deployment for European market
- Delivered on DarDev platform ops model — not ad-hoc contractor work
- Demonstrates international client capability alongside 20 and Hesabi launches
Lessons learned
- Client delivery and product engineering share one platform team at SME scale
- Workspace identity and ops standards transfer to client contexts
- EU delivery credibility complements EdTech platform experience
